"The therapy that we did helped me on so many levels, but you helped me see that I could change in my own time. It's not always big changes. It's small steps, but I feel so much better and freer than I have in years."

"My heart feels lighter - thank you."

"Review #2 goes right here. Vice paleo bitters before they sold out, single-origin coffee marfa subway dollar toast iceland. Mlkshk,  tousled flannel celiac pork belly roof party. Poke vexillologist vaporware."

"I tripled my sales using your method!"

"To add more reviews, just duplicate this canvas view and swap out the text and photo. Vice paleo bitters before they sold out, single-origin coffee marfa subway tile tilde activated."

"Working with you was a dream. Thank you!!"

If you’ve ever wondered, “Is therapy right for me?”, you’re not alone. Many people think they need to be in crisis to start counselling, but that isn’t true. Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to understand yourself better.

You don’t need a big problem to benefit from therapy. It’s about having a safe, supportive space where you can talk things through, make sense of your emotions, and gain clarity about your mental health.

Even if you’re just curious or a little unsure, that curiosity is a great reason to start therapy. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own — professional support can help you navigate life’s challenges and feel more confident in yourself.

Is therapy right for me?

Starting counselling can feel daunting, but knowing what to expect helps. In your first session, we will go through my contract, as well as talking about what’s brought you to therapy and your goals.

After that, each session is led by you. Whether in person at my practice in Swanley, Kent or online, I’ll listen with empathy and use an integrative approach - drawing from cognitive, person-centered, and psychodynamic theories.

Some sessions focus on understanding your feelings, others on creating change, or simply giving you space to reflect. Therapy is your time, and we work at a pace that feels right for you.
