My own experience of therapy after loss is what inspired me to help others find healing, hope, and clarity during life’s difficult moments. Beyond private practice, I volunteer at a children’s hospice and work as a celebrant, which has given me additional insight into grief, loss, and life changes.
From anxiety, depression, and trauma, to grief, addiction, and neurodivergence, I tailor therapy to your needs and support you at your own pace.
Beyond being a therapist, I’m a dog lover, a coffee aficionado, and I enjoy a good walk and great food — all the little things that make life meaningful.
